- Complete Purchase: Finish the checkout process, and relax! Once we receive your order, we’ll prepare a PDF sample and send it via WhatsApp or email, whichever you prefer. With your approval, we’ll start production!
What is the lead time?
Our typical lead time is around 2 weeks. Unlike large distributors, we’re a small family business, crafting each board to order in our workshop. We offer a range of sizes, colors, and thicknesses, so we may need a little extra time to create your unique boards. If possible, we recommend placing orders in advance to ensure everything is perfect—trust us, it’s worth the wait!
How can I get my cake boards personalized?
Simply find the product you’d like, select "Logo YES," upload your logo, and complete your order. In a few days, our team will send you a PDF sample for approval via WhatsApp or email.
What’s the best format for my logo?
The ideal format is an Illustrator file (.ai), but we also work with PDFs and JPEGs. If your logo quality isn’t sufficient, we’ll contact you to ensure the best results. No Illustrator file? No problem—we’ll handle the vectorization.
I don’t have a logo. Can you design one for me?
Absolutely! Select "Logo YES" and skip the upload—our design team will create a logo for you.
How much does it cost for you to design my logo?
All it takes is the "Logo Print Setup" purchase. This covers either using an existing logo or designing a new one—no extra fees.
What color options are available for my logo?
You can choose between classic black or our signature Dasbi pink, both of which offer an elegant, clear look. These two options are our specialty!
Do you ship to the USA or Canada?
If your country isn’t on our list, contact us directly. We’ll calculate shipping costs based on your ZIP code and guide you through the order process.
Do I need to buy the logo print setup?
Yes, for your first personalized order, the "Logo Print Setup" is required. The good news? You only need to buy this once as long as your logo remains the same. If you update your logo in the future, we’ll set it up again.
