Delivery Times and Shipping Terms

Delivery in 2 weeks
- After payment, we send a PDF proposal within 2 days to confirm the logo’s position and size.
- Once approved, production takes about 7 business days.
- Estimated total time: around 2 weeks from order to delivery.
Free Shipping
- Spain and Portugal: orders over €50
- Balearic Islands: orders over €90
- Continental Europe (FR, IT, NL, DE, BE, AT): orders over €70
- Ireland and the UK: orders over €200
Shipping Fees
If your order does not reach the free shipping threshold, the system will automatically calculate the fees at checkout. You can pay or add products to qualify for free shipping.
Free Local Pickup
You can collect your order for free at our shop after 7 business days. We’ll email you when it’s ready.
Pickup hours: Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
UK and Switzerland
- Orders outside the EU may incur import duties and VAT payable by the customer at delivery (DAP shipping – customer pays import charges).
- Example: in the UK, expect at least 20% customs fees on your purchase value.
- Dasbi is not responsible for customs delays or for informing clients of potential charges.
- Uncollected orders: no shipping refund. Custom products are non-refundable.
- If shipping companies mistakenly charge Dasbi, a bill will be sent to the customer for immediate payment.
- Address errors: any redirection fees are the customer’s responsibility.
- Shipping damage: send us photos and we’ll offer a refund or resend damaged items.
