Returns and Refunds – Dasbi
We have a 7-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. We do not accept returns for customised items – only standard products.
To request a return, contact us at hello@dasbi.com. Returns sent without prior approval won’t be accepted. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Damaged or incorrect items
Inspect your order upon delivery. If items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for custom products, perishable goods, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Exchanges
To exchange, return your item first. Once accepted, place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll inform you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
