This removable section is designed to be used with the Dasbi Wedding Cake Assembly System, allowing cake designers to assemble large wedding cakes in sections.
Made from 3 mm cake board, this section can be easily replaced after each event while the 9 mm reusable structure remains in place. Sold individually, it allows cake designers to replace used sections or purchase additional ones to assemble more cakes.
